Shipping Information

Shipping usually takes 7-14 days, however shipping times can vary by country. If you do not receive your standard economy airmail within 21 working days please contact us.

 

Returns

Evert Opals offers a Seven day money back guarantee. 

1.    Obtain a Return Reference Number - Email info@everts.com.au your name and the ID code of your purchase (it’s on the certificate), you will receive a reference number and postal instructions. Please follow these very carefully as we don’t want to pay unnecessary import charges.

2.    Repackage the item as securely as possible - Please send items to us in their original condition with the original packaging and the certificates if applicable. For security purposes address it to “Evert F.J.”, please do not write “jewellery”, “opal” or anything that will indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box. 

3.    Send the package – When you return the package back to us, include your name, the reference number and return address on the outside of the box. Send your return package back to us within 7 days of receiving our reference number. After receiving the returned items and verifying they are in their original condition you will be refunded the total amount of the original purchase within 2 business days. It is recommended that any returns are sent with tracking ID numbers for the purpose of security. We process refunds within 2 business days after receipt of the package.Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the sender and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final after 30 days of delivery confirmation. Reference numbers are valid for seven days from the date of issue and returns must be shipped during this period of time.  

Cancelling an order or refusing an order If you wish to cancel an order that has been processed and sent, do not cancel this postal delivery. Simply receive the item and ship it back to us for a full refund. In the case an order is refused, this will result in the customer bearing full responsibility for all return shipping fees, full value of items if lost, brokerage charges and any duties incurred upon return will be deducted from amount owing on the return items. In the case you have not received a shipping confirmation email contact us right away with your order number and a request to cancel. We can then stop your shipment and refund your payment in full within two working days. 

DAMAGED PACKAGES If the parcel you have received has damaged packaging, refuse the package. Once you have refused the package make a report with the courier and contact info@everts.com.au immediately.If you have signed for or received a damaged parcel, do not open the package before taking several photos of the exterior. Send these photos to info@everts.com.au so we can decide whether to open the parcel or assist you in returning the items for exchange or refund.
